Purchasing a home is a complicated process, so it's my job as a real estate professional to make that process easier for my clients.

This website is not typical. The Oahu MLS contains mostly listings from Oahu only. The Kauai & Hawaii MLS contains the listings from those two islands, but almost no Oahu listings.

On this website, surfers have access to the full MLS of Kauai, the Big Island AND Oahu, because I'm one of the only agents who is a full member of both MLS services.
